AMI interface

The access of AMI interface can be achieved in a couple of ways. Like:
- embedded into Genesys client (also known as Apps)
- standalone on own preference web client
- integrated into Genesys Agent scripting

Note. other ways to access like mobile device and integrated as Genesys widget are in development. Contact us when interested.

AMI is available within Genesys AppFoundry and we support the Free trial experience.
