AMI signature template

To make use of AMI signature template, you have to do the following:

1. set up ami-templates library (default named ami-templates but you can override the name)

2. create Canned Response (CR) and assign to ami-templates library.
Note. These CR are ignored as answer in AMI CR panel. Inside Genesys you can ignore these on queue

3. assign ami-templates library in AMI Setting page - general page. This is done for visibility inside the AMI client

4. assign signature to AMI queue in AMI Setting - queue page
