Description
AMI audit log shows you all the actions that did take place on the conversations.

Details
All AMI actions including Event Bridge events are stored - as part of the conversation. This allows you to look into details for one single conversation and see actions over multiple conversations. For example:
- to see who all viewed the conversation
- who made actions like moved/transfer it (from queue A to B)
- assigned and/or disconnected
etc.
More actions based on the AMI functional enhancements are for example to find assigned tags, if notes are made, if the conversation was parked and many more, can be easily traced by this AMI audit log.
